Prices quoted are in GBP Sterling, payments made must be in GBP Sterling. We accept payment for purchases in GBP Sterling via credit card, debit card, Paypal and Bank transfer. All online purchases are charged at point of sale. All orders/goods must be paid in full before shipping. Where invoices are issued, payment must be made within 10 working days. Non-payment may result in a 5% interest charge, or in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to repossess all equipment. All goods shall remain the property/ownership of DZ Sports Ltd until such time as they are paid for in full by the buyer or suitable representative.

All quotes provided will be accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of quote, and for the period of validity for the written quote. Prices and availability on all products quoted may change at any time and with exchange rate fluctuations. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel or amend any given quote without notice. Online orders shall be confirmed by way of automated email confirmation. This is not a guarantee that your order has been received by us and it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract will exist between us, once we indicate acceptance of your order, we shall have confirmed the price(s) and stock availability or delivery time. This term is to protect all parties in case of mistakes in pricing, price exchange rate fluctuations, where we are unable to supply a particular product, or product specification such as size, colour. In the case of a change to price, you will be contacted prior to the processing of your order to confirm acceptance. For items in stock, please allow 5 (five) working days for delivery of your order, unless otherwise advised by DZ Sports Ltd. From time to time shipping delays may be experienced due to weather/road/rail/air conditions, power failures, postal/delays/strikes, etc. In some circumstances these conditions may be extreme and out of our control. DZ Sports Ltd accepts no liability for late delivery of your order in such circumstances and for whatever reason. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of your order unless agreed in writing prior to placing your order. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for orders placed through our website without prior written agreement. Customers requiring a product by a certain date are advised to contact us prior to placing their order. The Customer will usually receive an email notification of an order being shipped; however, we cannot guarantee emails will be sent or received.

Orders of a certain value may require a signature on delivery. If you do not answer when the courier tries to deliver your order, the courier will generally leave a card. You must then contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. Without limitation, we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to contact our courier within the time specified in any “article awaiting collection” notice left by the courier at the time of delivery. Cancellations cannot be accepted once your order has been processed and dispatched. Custom order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of receipt of the order to qualify for refund (if applicable).  If we have already started production on your custom order we cannot guarantee that a refund will be made. For all customised products (including, but not limited to, custom order canopies, containers, jumpsuits and helmets) and items we do not normally hold in stock ordered in specifically to fulfil your order, refunds will only be available for faulty items.

For custom ordered items we provide a free measuring service and whilst every effort is made to ensure the measurements are taken in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, we do not accept any liability for costs related to alterations. Any changes you wish to make to custom orders must be received in writing before the order is placed to the manufacturer. For online orders, in some cases substitute goods may be offered if your preferred item is no longer available. You will be advised of this prior to dispatch and your rights of cancellation shall not be affected. If you wish to return or exchange any stock item, which must be unused, you must inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods. A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued once we have received it at DZ Sports Ltd. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned orders. The buyer will pay for return shipping and will remain liable for the goods until they are received by DZ Sports Ltd. We recommend insured postal services for all returns. In the case on exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Warranties offered by the manufacturers of equipment purchased through DZ Sports Ltd will either be resolved via direct communication with the manufacturer or through us. Where possible we will provide the required services to honour the warranty; however you may be required to deal with the manufacturer directly.

We exclude all conditions, warranties, guarantees, and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness, or safety of any goods or services supplied by us, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Any liability we may have to you under warranties implied by statute is limited, where expressly permitted, to either supplying or paying the cost of supplying the goods or services again, or repairing or paying the costs of repairing the goods, as we see fit. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, any products that we have manufactured which you can establish are not to the high standards of quality workmanship or materials for a period of 1 (one) month after receipt of the order.  We will not replace or repair any item where the defect has occurred due to your wilful damage, misuse, alteration or negligence and/or failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions of use. Where we act as a direct agent for the manufacturer of items sold on this site, we accept no responsibility for failure of the products or resulting consequences. DZ Sports Ltd is not liable for any injuries, loss or damage that may occur to you or your equipment. Consumers should ensure that equipment choices are made with adequate consideration of individual, needs, skill, capabilities and experience levels before seeking to acquire skydiving and/or parachute related equipment. Contracts will be governed by English Law and will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
